Sensei Theron Bennett and Sensei Heather Bennett have many combined years of experience in Aikido. They are dedicated to their art and especially to guiding their students on the path of Aikido by providing classes that are fun, energetic and challenging.

Sensei Theron Bennett has studied Nihon Goshin Aikido and several styles of Ueshiba based aikido as well as Iaido. His passion is energetic, enlightening classes that illustrate how all Aikido styles are deeply related to each other as well as to the sword. The belief that one never masters the art but merely understands more deeply each day drives him to train his mind, body and soul every day and reminds him he is always a student first - teacher second.
